The Challenge

Ekinex creates advanced home and building-automation systems that combine technology, functionality and Italian design. The existing showroom displayed the products and provided technical information, but it did not clearly demonstrate how the systems could improve everyday life.

The challenge was to transform the showroom from a place where customers looked at products into a place where they could understand, test and experience them.

The products were there. The experience wasn't.

The existing showroom was dark, visually outdated and divided into disconnected areas. Several spaces were underused, the visitor journey was unclear and customers had limited opportunities to interact with the products.

From Insight To Idea

What it meant, and what we decided.

01

What It Meant

Customers could see the technology, but they could not properly understand how it would look, feel or function inside a real home. Technical information alone was not enough to communicate the complete value of the products.

02

What We Decided

The showroom was reorganised as a clear customer journey. Visitors would first discover the brand, then explore the products, compare customisation options and finally experience the technology inside realistic living environments.

03

The Result

The new journey transforms the showroom from a collection of technical products into a complete and memorable brand experience.

The Designed Experience

Technology, experienced — not just explained.

The redesigned showroom allows visitors to understand Ekinex through direct interaction. Interactive displays allow customers to examine the products and learn how the systems function. Physical material samples and digital interfaces help them compare finishes, controls and customisation options.

Living-room, bedroom and outdoor settings demonstrate how the technology works inside everyday environments. These spaces allow customers to see the products in context and understand how they could become part of their own lives.
